Att. Med. Eser Olgun attended Istanbul Erkek Lisesi (Istanbul High School) between 1997 and 2005 for his high school education and got his bachelor's degree from Koç University School of Law. He received his master's degree at Marmara University Social Sciences Institute - Public Law Master's Degree Program with thesis and worked as an acedemic at Kadir Has University. Eser Olgun speaks English and German fluently.
